What is the minimum order?

Every order starts at 10kg. Our curated hampers come in 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 30kg and 50kg, and whole forequarters and hindquarters are available by quotation.

Why do products show “Request price”?

Beef prices move with supply. Rather than show figures we can't stand behind, we confirm the current price in Kwacha with you directly before you commit to anything.

Are the cuts in each hamper fixed?

No. The cut lists shown are indicative. Exact cuts, the weight of each and availability are confirmed with you when your order is reviewed. You can tell us your preferences when you order.

Is my order confirmed when I submit the form?

Submitting saves your order request. It becomes a confirmed order only once our team has contacted you and agreed price, contents, payment and delivery with you.

Do you deliver to my area?

We are based in Lusaka. Whether we can deliver to your area, and any delivery fee, is confirmed with you during checkout review — we don't assume coverage.

Can a group receive one delivery?

Yes. For group and share hampers, one organiser places the order and the hamper is delivered to one agreed location. The group then divides it among themselves.

How do monthly plans work?

Choose an eligible 10kg, 15kg or 20kg hamper and your preferred interval. Our team confirms the schedule with you. Each delivery is confirmed before it goes out — there are no automatic debits.

Can I pause or stop a monthly plan?

Yes. Simply contact us before your next confirmed delivery and we'll pause or stop it. Because nothing is charged automatically, you're never locked in.

How heavy is a beef quarter?

It depends on the animal. Quarter weights vary, so the supplier confirms the actual weight and we quote you on that basis before you commit.

Can I have a quarter cut and packed?
